I like all those ingredients except for the kohlrabi which I have never tried...

I always prefer my transplanting in spring... when stuff is full of energy... Peonies of course are one exception :))

Same on the Brussels sprouts and lots of kale ... even the ornamental kales are tasty.. Will be making kale chips in dehydrator soon :))
and extracted all the yummy flavours. Minus the worms :))

Hi LC,

I think one of the most subtle and wonderful flavors to add to soup is kohlrabi. Kossack.

I grow 12 every year and cut up and freeze 2 of the large Hybrid Kossack.

I give the rest away to my friends who do the same thing with them.

Love the fresh crispiness of them.
