Personally,
I wouldn't bother with the lawsuit. It never favors the investors. We'd be lucky to get 5-10› on the dollar, while the lawyers laugh all the way to the bank. It's simply a losing proposition.

I wouldn't throw in even if they asked me. These lawsuits are reat if you are a lawyer. When all is said and done you get a check for about a dollar twenty-five. Been there, isn't worth it.
