It's only heresay at this point, and incomplete heresay at best; but look at this recent post from Yahoo:

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

Also, somewhere in the earlier posts on this SI thread, references were made about deals Zwan had been through.

Although, I am disgusted with myself for allowing myself to get burned like this, adherence to an appropriate revenue recognition policy is very important. To me, what DIGL has done does not reside in a gray area. A misstatement (restatement my ass) of this magnititude is unconscionable. Their accounting department, their controller, CFO, President, and Board of Directors all had to know what was really happening.

If all of you were made aware of what sounds like a generous return policy and/or payment payment terms offered by DIGL and that significant product sales were going to distributors rather than to end users, would that have had any impact on your evaluation/interpretation of the company's worth?

WE NEED TO FIND OUT WHO ALL THE PLAYERS ARE AND MAKE SURE THEIR HISTORY FOLLOWS THEM LOUD AND CLEAR.
