All my employee calculations are from YHOO's profile on companies.

Here is the link for FIBR's profile
biz.yahoo.com

Maybe FIBR has fired hundreds lately to cut costs?

Can you explain what this means to me Barb? Senior management at FIBR are issuing themselves stock back on October 31st? Looks like FIBR management did a private placement for themselves and "shareholders" at $2.35 per share. Am I missing something? Who are the other shareholders involved? Hmmm...seems kind of strange to me. Looks like management didn't have to register this little Reg D transaction either.

From the most recent 10Q

ITEM 2: CHANGES IN SECURITIES
On October 31, 1997 the Company issued 437,630 shares of its common
stock to existing shareholders and members of senior management
receiving $1,028,432 in net proceeds to be used for general corporate

sale. The shares were issued pursuant to exemptions from registration
under Rules 505 and 506 of Regulation D and Section 4(2) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1933.
