I made no comment other than that I think Yahoo!'s market guide is unreliable, and off the cuff I believe there are just over 1000 employee's with Osicom. But I pulled the 10k out of my files and 1849 emloyees it is. >>>I thought you bulls said insiders were selling because of margin calls. Now your saying they are buying? <<< No. I said one insider was selling, partially due to a margin call. Your item 2 does not state that the CEO was buying in that placement, although I suppose the language does not specifically exclude him. Barb
