Well, I don't think you could, because I find it hard to believe that the sustained move on such heavy volume is the result of manipulation. Up to 3 1/2-4ish, on a few million shares you might have a arguable case. Of course I can't even ask you to verify your allegation here because of the jackasses that want to report things like that to the SEC. And as a result, these same folks have given you carte blanche to make unsubstantiated opinions such as the one above.

Keep up the FUD craig, you might even scare a few of the neophytes here into selling.
