>>I will be selling my shares on IOM today..why?

Today is the day to buy all the FAMH shares you can before the major news release on Monday which turns FAMH from a 12MM company to a 80MM company overnight. It is also the day to get in at a good price before the audited financials in February. Yesterday in a very settle way, Ira (president) stated in the conference call that he expects the company to be trading at $5 by the end of next month. Right now it is at $0.30. To hear the conference call replay just call...

Whoever you are, you are engaging in an extremely suspect practice. Hyping OTC penny stocks at a time when people are feeling edgy, claiming to have inside information is likely to get attention from the SEC.

I am listening to that conference call, and the President of the company gives a lot of very vague information about an upcoming transaction which he says will be announced next week. He says that they are "not yet a reporting company." When asked how many shares are outstanding, he says, "I haven't seen it today. I would say roughly about 27, 28 million shares." Claims 17 million shares are closely held, leaving the float at around 10 million.

All questions asked by a moderator, although she claims they are from the brokers and investors who are participating in the call. She accepts everything the President says at face value.

This one has SCAM written all over it.
