Just for practice - when I looked at the chart I saw the MACD lines moving up together and the histogram not getting any shorter above the line. Fast Stochastics show that the "oversold" condition has been maintained for several days; the fast line hasn't successfully punched through the slow line on the way downward despite the lofty heights. By successfully, I mean punched through and not returned to the other line soon after. That's why I'd be careful; doubly so with a biotech.
