Your thoughts with regards to the staffing problems at Keane and the other Y2K companies is right on. Keane is not alone in the staffing problems. I'm not sure why so many people really see this as a problem from strictly a cost standpoint. Keane will simply pass the cost on through its bills which will be paid by their customers. Do they really have a choice here? Not in my opinion, at least not now. The bomb is ticking and frankly, all of the major players are booked full according to an article I read in this month's PC Magazine.

With regards to Ron's concerns on valuation, Keane sells at a premium to competitors for a reason. Don't you believe they are the best? Surely the premium is not an accident.
