The suspect WSJ characterised the result to date in following way, namely putting hope on the future, assuming there is continuity of team.

During Trump's second term the gloves will come off. He will be a "lame duck" from day one
and my expectation is that spending will decrease dramatically. Maybe some Government
Agencies will be eliminated. Maybe net Federal Government employment is decreased by
10+%. Maybe indictments. Some agencies like Ag will be relocated out of DC.

Fake news outlets like NYT and WaPo will suffer financially. Bezos will pump more money into WaPo.
Carlos Slim will not put more money into the failed NYT.
