foolish talk? The ENGO's that Butts and Trudeau placed in the important ministries to run Canada, and develop policy and legislation are all rabid anti pipeline, anti fossil fuel zealots who will give no quarter and use the power of the state to impose their stupidity and ignorance on all Canadians. There is no compromise for them. One of them commented just two days ago, that they are listening to westerners now, and in a spirit of fairness, that as the energy sector is shut down, energy sector workers would be provided a "just transition" to the new economy. Good luck trying to impose that on westerners. Even their Minister of Environment says the conversation is over and she has no time for anyone who is a "denier". The only way forward for Alberta and Saskatchewan is independence. The large urban areas of Canada can have their green dystopia, but don't try to impose it on western Canadians who don't want it.
