That's not what your qrt statement from NOV 97 said A reserve of $5 million or $.38 per share was accrued for BroadBand's share of performance fees relating to product delays for the joint Lucent Technologies/BroadBand Technologies Switched Digital BroadBand Access System (SDBAS) product. In 1997 BroadBand has reserved its maximum liability under the agreement with Lucent and payment of such fees, which are limited to $1 million per year, should occur over the life of the agreement.
