Yes if in deflation it is free money that belongs to the public Productivity and technology have been producing free wealth for years and this is then spent by the US government by allowing higher spending without inflation I think deflation is unrecognized productivity to some extent and to some extent Monopoly Game money needed to keep a world dollar economic system supplied as the world economy expands
