Taxing them 2% on their wealth over $50 MILLION, will do jack shit to them. And >>IF<< they are so greedy that they want to move because of 2%, then they should be taxed even more and as foreigners and pay even higher taxes for their US assets. US remains the best tax haven for the super rich and corporations. And that's a FACT!!! 2% in taxes over $50 MILLION will do JACK SHIT TO THEM but it will be a windfall for the middle class...
