If anything the EXACT OPPOSITE IS HAPPENING with Russia and China have grown bigger in massive influence around the world while US has SHRUNK, and all THANK TO TRAITOR POS tRump. That mean MORE WEAPONS, MORE SMART BOMBS, MORE ATTACK HELICOPTERS etc...
