-- I keep seeing you reference the term "FFO." I think it means Funds From Operations, correct?

-- Two questions:

1. How do you measure FFO?

2. What do you mean by "it's FFO multiple is close to 17" - what is that supppose to mean?

Thanks for you note. I am very pleased with my investment in ENN. Since I prefer stocks with higher dividends (am working part-time and need the extra income) I probably will not invest in BXP. However, I read (NY Times) about Ken Heebner's preferences which sparked an interested in BOY. What are your thoughts on this REIT? (Hope this is not an imposition!)
