Thanks Dave, DIGL is a cat now. They restated earnings for the last 2 Q's and all those analysts with strong buy and buy ratings on it now have it as a hold. First Boston and Soundview Financial must have some really irate clients today. In Annapolis a guy from a co. called Crosskeys Systems Corp in Canada just happened to be in the hotel at 1 AM (he wasn't staying there, hmmmmmm). He told us that his co. was preparing to go public. He was pretty good at not telling us more than he was allowed to as about 15 of us grilled him for 2 or 3 hrs. He also told us he had a MBA in finance when we asked about his own background. As the "interview" wore on, he told us that he had been to a company called Digital Lightwaves in Fla and was very, very impressed with the co. as well as the huge pile of cash they had on their books. This made them a great takeover candidate in his view. When we looked into the co. as a possible POW, we were also impressed enough to go with it. Sergio did have one concern though. Apparently the guy had been to the hotel earlier in the day also and asked about the seminar. What was this guy from Canada doing there? I can't imagine that he had visited all the hotels in Annapolis trying to find us but... Anyway, we asked him to consider joining SI and he said he would seriously consider it. 2 days later!!! he was on SI. That was fast!!! How did he get on SI so fast?? Did he wire them the fee?
