Someone is going to be madder than a wet hen if they don't get their broker to correct that 30K @ $0.145 buy. That doesn't even work out to a good fraction and it was way over the ask.
I guess that eventually they can make up the price, but that's not the way it's supposed to work. A 3« to 4« cent premium is a little unreasonable on a dime.
