I agree that OSBCP is a great and safe buy at $10.19; and I will look to buy back the shares I sold at $10.27 if that level is breached.

We'll see.

I still have 1/2 my original holding, which I intend to keep. Those were purchased at $10.20, so no call risk there, since I have already enjoyed more than a year's worth of dividends.

I have two thoughts about OSBCP: 1) It is a trust preferred so maybe that counts for something as far as their unwillingness to call it. 2) What kind of bozo analyst asks a CFO to pre-announce redemption plans on a conference call?? (Pretty sure that's not the protocol stated in the prospectus)
