Johnnie, thanks for the follow-up on take-over speculation. If you still remember: How many members had Healthsource when being taken over? When was this takeover? Who was the buyer?

If anybody else knows, would be great! In any case $22 wouldn't bail me out on OXHA <g>.

It depends on how precarious the company's financial condition is. If it is bad, we might be talking about a "takeunder".
