Scott,

Good letter!

I was thinking last night - what if everyone sent an E-Mail to management indicating our concerns - I would think that with the number of people following this thread we should be able to turn some heads. At this point I'm not sure they are monitoring the way they use to but I'm sure a couple hundred E-Mail messages might get noticed.

Anyone have a good address to use?

Gary

PS - The above represents shareholder's equity. <<gg>> Supposed to be humorous. I guess it really isn't.

To all: I've been lurking for a bit now but wanted to thank Scott, TK, et al for your continued contributions. I've been frustrated, as have many of you, with the recent mngmt developments.

My 2 cents: Moving forwd, the co. needs to focus on EARNINGS & grwth; mngmt was in a REAL hurry to compl the warrant call... however, what are they doing with the $$$ that was raised and what was the rush to collect? While mngmt continues to be inept at "managing" this co., both they and their investors are losing their shirts... something of signficance, specifically done for growth of co. or to restore investor confirdence, needs to be done! SOON! Whatever happened to "institutional" support coming on board? My main concer, rigth now, is 2-fold: 1) concern of stk manipulation by those "taking advantage" of current mgmt fiasco and 2) mngmt using warrant proceeds to bail themselves out (i.e. advantagous buy-out plans) and screwing us smaller investors.

Sorry all... just needed to vent a little.

Open to all feedback.

B

Scott--

Good Letter-- No question Mr. Wilson has to LEAD and do it quickly. The market is slowly losing confidence, and is reflected in the stock decline.

I would try best E-Mail route, but if in doubt about delivery I woundnt balk at snail mail, at least you would know it is delivered.
