Sometimes crazy joke ideas turn out to be the germ of the solution, just when analyzed as a concept first. . Thanks -g-

However, it's clear now many of the fire outbreaks have occurred from electric shorts, and high winds make that more likely.

It's not the only solution. In the great fire of London... 1666, they used gunpowder to blow up buildings to create fire breaks.

Didn't help much though...

Kids Rhyme. ... cannot find it just now, but there is a children's Rhyme for both 1665 and 1666 together.
