With this change for droloxifene, would this not alter the projections of actually earnings for LGND in the 4th quarter. Wasn't the NDA projected in time to impact potential sales for this year?

The lack of market reaction appears reasonable, given the (relative) lack of importance and urgency of the PFE droloxifene / breast cancer collaboration for LGND.
