Kirce -

They missed earnings primarily because not enough people were buying Jaz drives, and because nobody could buy the new products which didn't ship.

It's not bright to say that "nobody was buying zip drives" when unit sales were up over the previous quarter, and were up 2.5 times over the 4th quarter of 96. More Zip drives were sold in each month of the fourth quarter than were sold in all of 95.

Don't be silly. They sold 62% more Zip drives in Q4 than in Q3.

They missed earnings because they only hit 50% of their target in Asia and many of their new products are shipping in Q1 instead of Q4.
