Perhaps you do not have an interest in driving this stock down but you (and all of us here) have the capability of moving this stock. Any thinly issued (less than 75 million share) BB can be strongly influenced by this forum. You know that. Your logic concerning Dell or MSFT is specious. It is much less risky to try and manipulate a BB versus one of the listed issues.

I challenge you: Stop posting negative commentary. Your opinion is your own and you are entittled to it. Your continuing to post on a stock which you do not own smacks of attempted manipulation. Why else follow this thread other than manipulation? Is your life so bereft of interests that you must get your thrills by debating a 30 cent stock with strangers? If so you have my profound sympathy. If you are trying to manipulate this company's stock for your own purposes please go find some other issue to play with. Those of us on this thread are mostly serious and professional folks who have invested in this company based own our own research. If you do not like the company fine but stop trying to bring it down when the result will have no material effect on your own life. Even suggesting that a reverse is a good thing is a damagin statement and you know it.

Rick

The MM's will short it at .30, but not at $3?
Your kidding , right. Let's put this reverse split nonsense behind us.
If there was 100,000,000 shares outstanding, I'd worry. There are only, at this present time, 28,000,000 shares outstanding. A 1 for 10 reverse split would give us 2,800,000 shares. Not likely going to happen.

I agree with you that a 40 P/E ratio is unlikely, but it doesn't need
to be 40 in order to attain the necessary $3 stock price. With the
growth the company is expecting, and with the added earnings of the
aquisitions I feel we will easily make an EPS of .15 which is all we
need to justify $3 with a P/E of 20. I suspect the EPS next year
when all is said and done will easily give us a price that could get
us on to the NASDAQ market.

JMO. BTW, I do appreciate you keeping us all honest.

So Ira is getting an SI account? That would sure be nice to have him
on here commenting directly. I think I'd even buy more just due to
having him on here where he can respond to us (in ways that he can
legally respond of course).
