He suspended joint military exercises with South Korea which hurt them and Kim Jung loves, and really wanted and he has done nothing while Kim Jung I'll continues to build his nuclear weapons.

He suspended aid to Ukraine while they are fighting for their lives against Russia.

And he refused to condemn Russia's attack on Ukrain last year saying it was both sides-egad-lol!

And he refused to condemn Xi and China's hegemony in Hong Kong.

No, he actually reverse all forms of aid and including removing military aid at Ukraine border and at same time brilliantly forming a new coalition, consisting of RUSSIA, KURDS, Syria, IRAQ to help fight ISIS. Tightened sanctions on Korea and ended Rocketmans hobby of bullying and Xi is watching Hong Kong in a recession.
