I ignore JW, but I think Tom may have a few vaild concerns if he's actually over there. The problem with his analysis is that many stock do not trade on fundamentals. Heck look at the price before the meltdown. Valuation is a relative thing. If you're playing the fear you don't have to have a rebound to the previous levels to make a quick buck. That's the only way I would treat individual issues in the region. That said, I think there is better quality/lower risk plays. This one may just have a good short term reward though it is high risk. My take FWIW.
