No, you make a good point. I was way over-generalizing. I should be more specific - sociopaths as in the new wave of conservatism represented by corrupt assholes like Giuliani and Trump, and neo-fascist nationalist ideologues, and the yes Mr. Trump (and Putin) army. It is interesting that Trump enables Putin and his ilk attack the Generals and the CIA/FBI, while the MAINSTREAM Democrats defend them and their honor while supporting NATO and Europe. It certainly is nuanced. Grassley's return may signal what will be a significant redirection of conservatives from the extremism and corruption-enabling today. Something smelled bad with Graham!!
