Look ..... You don't seem to get the point that I've been making about the Opinion that I have about EV ..... and I'm going to put it to you FOR THE LAST TIME ..... Accept it or Reject it, that's up to you .... A group wants to buy, or takeover, a company. There would be a hell of a lot involved in making that decision, ... a WHOLE RANGE of factors and aspects and considerations are involved. The LARGER the company concerned the more complicated it can be, and the more time consuming it can be. This type of decision is not made 'OVERNIGHT' .... IT TAKES A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME. So to come along with a SINGLE mathematical formula, with, ON TOP OF IT ALL, a VARIABLE in it that can vary over the SHORT TERM, and say ... "That's it, that's the number we should be paying, nothing more to consider or take into account, job done, where do we sign ?" ...... well, I just don't buy it I'm afraid. If you think that makes sense, then fine .... that's up to you ........ Q.E.D.
