Excellent - thanks for the link Tom. This is the only line that concerns me, as I've previously indicated: Common and preferred stock must have a minimum bid price of $1 We are not at a bid price of $1.00 now, and we haven't been for a couple of weeks. Because the only information we can truly go by is what has been officially released by the company, and what we currently have, I still stand by my assertation that we could get delisted. Again, if we don't, I'm back in. I look forward to Bob's update. -jsc
