Funny thing...when sophisticated investors see a really fecal deal focused on #1 rather than rewarding the shareholders, working capital suddenly becomes difficult and expensive to obtain.
Sorry, meant to say "focused on #2" (enriching himself).

I think our only disagreement might be that I think Diwan really wanted (and wants) to succeed with the nano drugs. He's just not willing to reward the common shareholders if he does it.
