Jeff, I hope you soon resolve the funds in/out problems for good. You can't imagine how nervous these problems make your clients. The market is gamble enough all by itself. And to Datek clients, please don't ring the alarm bell on getting funds out until you are sure you have a problem, such things scare the heck out of me. Roger

Jeff, Obviously, as a deposit taking institution you cannot allow your depositors to be concerned about the safety of their funds. Can you please confirm how funds are guaranteed. I understand there is a government guarantee plan of some kind. Does it extend to non US residents? Can you please provide particulars. Many thanks Ron
