Gold is up is because of the rumor that Rubin will step down. The Treasury dept. just said this rumor is ridiculous so gold may come down again.

Rubin is liked on "the street" and there is the asia problem needing to be solved.

PDG price has responded.

Bill 'n Bob,

I could be wrong here, but it's my understanding if PDG has any claims for the cost of work done to date, they will have to try to collect from their 30% partner on the property as they are the quasi governmental party which early on, and knowingly, mislead PDG.

Bob. It would be a nice poke in the eye with a sharp stick for PDG, they deserve it IMO.
I think though it might generate a long lawsuit if Kry tries to assert it's rights. They might be better off to let PDG remove their stuff, but not fill in any holes.
