She doesn't have to lie. She simply has not to remember. Which of course is in itself a lie, but not a provable one.

She needs to be very careful and hopefully has a savy lawyer but I maintain that she has no moral duty to tell Starr anything. However, she needs to be careful about incriminating herself. If possible she should say nothing because Starr's charges are very hard to prove and those tapes are not sworn testimony. The fifth should take care of the grand jury and any further testimony.
