I think that with the asian confusion remaining in place and continueing to drag the market down, this may bode will for LSI. Coupling this with market peak concerns, value plays are becomming more of a focus for investors. We still love technology, but we remain bullishly cautious on where to go. We're not as willing to take as many of the risks associated with techs but also know that we can find better than average returns with greater upside potential with a few. LSI is one of the most diversified semi companies in the world without heavy threats on the demand for product worldwide. Looking for a clean breakout over the next week without major gapping may wave the right flags for institutions to begin pouing back in. I think as we hang above a 24 mark as consolidation takes place, we will have confirmation that the company is well positioned for a good solid comeback inspite of other current economic, political, and TA readings. These are exciting times to be tied to this company. More confirmation will come as we slowly wittle away at any upside resistance. Upward strength and good news will move this guy back into the 40s by midyear IMHO.

Best investing,
