...some folks who "make money the old fashioned way" say QWST will
likely report in mid-February.

this makes sense.
the 2-1 is February 25th...so they either want to pump
a good earnings report going into the split, or cushion a missed
number with the coming 2-1.

but time, and as you say, the market, will tell.
