Exactly what I've been thinking. The deal is not necessarily catastrophic for NNVC. But it's certainly not what I would have wanted to negotiate. Of course, Dr. Diwan the Greater is a fierce negotiator when he's across the table from Dr. Diwan the Lesser. It's just a good thing they left the table on speaking terms.

Agreed - we do need to have a grasp of what their base materials, production expenses, and packaging/shipping expenses are in order to know how much would be left for NNVC and those of us holding that bag.

The lower their production costs,... the better for us all. One potential advantage does remain - as this is a chemistry production system, and not some biological fermentation or cell-culture-based production system, it is probably very scalable. And the greater the quantity they can manufacture, and the lower the effective dosing for that amount of product,... the better it may be.

Diwan is still going to make out like a bandit - but if we end up with a significant benefit as well - I can live with that.
