There is only one small County that has yet to report and they don't have enough votes to matter. I don't know about recounts, but this cake is baked. National Democrats shouldn't take too much pleasure in this win. I suspect Chump helped Bevin but not enough to overcome Bevin's many flaws as a Governor.

I watched it drop from about 32K votes with 90% in, to about 12K with 97/98% in, then saw it get to around 6000 before it finally went up again. I think we won because 2% of the state defied koan and voted for the 3rd party candidate, a libertarian.
