I see it the same way.

KIWT can be bought at Schwab or anywhere else at a regular commission and with no more hassle that any other stock. When it split a a few weeks ago, it was handled seamlessly in my eSchawb account.

Not sure about getting mailings and annual reports from them, automatically or otherwise, although, I guess they would "owe" us one, as shareholders.

The spread on the stock was a couple of points or more back before the 5-1 split; now it isn't bad at all.
