I am going to end this particular conversation with one simple statement: You are mistaken. German law protects free speech UNLESS it falls into the category of “hate speech”. Hopefully this will never change. As for ... “Leftism is not consistent with intelligence, so it is hard to say whether our constitution is on the way out. As the left gains power, the risk to the Constitution increases as does the likelihood of sweeping political change in our country to the left, unfortunately.” Based on what little I know, your constitution is being challenged just not in a good way. Americans deserve to know what is going on behind the scene. The good, the bad and the ugly or at least part of it as the complete picture would likely be ugly enough to make people / voters throw in the towel. American politics have completely gone off the rail. Corruption and influence peddling is completely out of control. I have no clue how you guys will fix this but I sure hope you will.
