Raven,

[quack] I'm not trying to ruffle any feathers!

The point I'm trying to make is that one of the most difficult things we can do in life is to make an honest appraisal of ourselves. I tend to take clues from those around me. For example, if as I begin talking to someone they pull their head back, I might initially assume they have an odd tic. However, if in subsequent conversations with others, I find them recoiling similarly, I have to consider that either:

A. There is an epidemic of neck/head related tics.

or

B. I need to pop a few pieces of Dentyne in my mouth.

Too often we're reluctant to consider ourselves the source of problems we experience. I believe serious personal transformation occurs only when be begin to accept full responsibility for ourselves, the choices we make, and the effect these choices have in our lives and the lives of those with whom we interact.

[quack]

Rick

RJ,

You've been ducking the issue for several months. Good to have you back.
Can we do a little harmony on the Quacking chorus?
