This is science. If it works and can be replicated across different targets everything changes!
Well, my simplistic model listed 10 VERY successful drug companies. It is in no way is my model reliant on limiting NNVC to a single VZV drug. I don't know which of them will have higher drug production prices than we will, with a manufacturer who has questionable incentive to reduce costs due to his fixed 30% markup.

Even if the science works, we are still saddled with a greedy, dishonest and incompetent (in a managerial sense) overlord, who has hooks into us so deep we can never escape. He owns:
  • the board (as evidenced by two being convinced to leave and two being denied promised seats)
  • the votes (via series A shares, obscured in early filings with "nothing to see here, folks" wording.)
  • the CEO and president roles (secured by the vote and allowing him to loot the treasury and direct the company and its resources in ways most profitable to TheraCour)
  • the CFO (or maybe it's the other way around, but they're definitely in cahoots)
  • the exclusive R&D role (per licensing agreement)
  • the exclusive manufacturing role (per licensing agreement)
  • pretty much all of the profits (per licensing agreement) and probably more.
And we NNVC common shareholders own:
  • The right to finance development
  • The right to finance Diwan's lifestyle, irrespective of huge loses by the company
We are like coal miners a century ago in the days of the robber barons:
  • working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week in the company mine
  • living in company housing
  • spending only at the company store
  • and losing money each month
Which of the companies listed do you think NNVC will supercede in success and profitability?

I don't think I can spell it out more clearly, but believe what you want to believe...it won't change the truth in this case.

I wouldn't count on the justice system giving you justice. It just doesn't work that way. Ask Yidam's Brian Bramell:
  • Invested millions.
  • Got screwed by Diwan.
  • Sued for justice.
  • Got back $150K to cover his legal expenses.
Please, read the public filings to see what you're in for.
