Yes you are correct re where the actual bottom/low and when was for GE..

When I call a bottom it tends to be when I believe it's safe to come in whether it be a GE or way back when with a BAC or others.

Regardless, going forward the BTD would apply at areas of support for those who are not GE haters.

By the time GE tags 19.44 then many of them will step in with their buy buy buy.
