Speaking of GE Peers.. Here's its RSI and as you notice and as I considered it just turned to X's.

Now I don't see a clear blast up that the TREND RSI suggests once it gets past that .2506 for the TREND RSI.

This one suggests some work and that would be supported by how and where she came down.

So to the PATIENT investor, one exploits where they can while keeping the eye on the distance.

TWT where GE finds it's TOP.

Notice the 11.34 tag. Which ties to the 1.62 VB. That was an area of support on the way down then it became an area of resistance on the way up. I suspect after some testing ol 11.34 will head to 12.96/14.58/16.20/17.82 for kicks and giggles. IMO
