The one I'm really waiting on is the Lee Smith book. It's back-ordered and won't arrive before end of month.

This is the one that builds a case that the effort to investigate and undermine Trump actually started in 2015. It reveals the existence of multiple proto-dossiers that GPS Fusion approached the media with before Steele was even hired. It suggests that Nellie Ohr was the author of those.

DiGenova spoke out last night claiming that the IG report is going to bigger and involve more people than was first expected. I won't be surprised to find out that the Steele dossier was totally made up. The dossier never rang true with me, and the media never voiced surprise that Steele, a guy whose cover was completely blown forcing him out of the business could pop up seven years later with information supposedly given to him by not one, but multiple members of the Kremlin, an organization considered to be the tightest and most secretive in the world.

The media never found it odd that Putin would be trying to get Trump into office at the same time high-level Russian officials are providing information that would prevent Trump from getting elected. Why would a Russian official do that? What could possibly be the reward for double-crossing Putin?
