Quite honestly, I have never seen anything like this. Am expecting some kind of decisive intraday direction, hopefully back to 9+ for now.

Clinton, TA will be useless for awhile now. Let the dust from the panic and pissed off institutional holders subside. The chart shows that historical support is at about 7 1/2 - 8, and IOM is hovering close to this level.

Fundamentally, IOM will not be able to attract institutional investors even if they still have a decent future story. WS does not forgive unless there is alot of $$$ to be made, and IOM does not offer that.
