Thanks for the analysis, unfortunately my mistake is based on comments from some of the sell side analysts.

The question for now is what's the catalyst to get other interested investors?

Talked to one of the analysts on VNTV regarding the numbers.
He said Income statement looked good but Balance Sheet didn't
shape up.

His concerns were:

DSO going from low 60's to high 70's and conf. call comment
that it could hit 80's-90's in future quarters.

Lack of sequential growth of new license. Says it's been averaging
12MM and flat last three quarters.

Says management had lots of opportunities to show confidence
in the call and didn't. Says the mo players didn't get the
full confidence that they did in the SEBL call.

Will listen to the call this weekend. I think lots of this is BS
but that's what the buzz was after the call.

Agree with you that they should get bid up somewhat on SEBL's
higher price. Don't know when but it should happen.
