But they are free. I'm sure many of Trump's followers are haters, that's a good point. But they are generally not in that essential class of "persuadable," so you don't want to advertise to them. I keep seeing Warren't expensive ads (72c/engagement). Well, that makes no sense. If I click on that ad they pay 72c, but there is zero chance I'm going to support her. This is why Trump's campaign was so much more effective than Clinton's in 2016 on a fraction of the money. Smart data management.
