Looks like they gave up on Norway, and go for Sweden, and make it real. And remember to watch the video, within the video, starting at second 4684. It's only a few minutes of your time. Six (6) ambulances not needed with a 10 inch wooden spike sticking out of you head. Check the instance, & the context. shocking.
