But, that's not saying much of substance, since it's already past noon here in New York, so I'll pose this question: What are the chances that IXC is going to be targeted for takeover? I'm just starting to look into this and found LCI's involved with them and I'm thinking that what PSInet finds so attractive about IXC (and I do not share the feelings of some here that PSInet management is incompetent) would be attractive to a telco with deep pockets (and most of them do). Thoughts? Dave
